At Kettles & Carats, every piece is individually crafted with care and precision. As all of our jewellery is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences once an order has been confirmed.

❌ No Refunds or Exchanges

• All sales are final due to the bespoke nature of our products.

• This includes custom designs, personalised engravings, and made-to-order pieces.

✅ Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are legally entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• In the rare case of a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase will be required.

- Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by peak seasons or postal delays.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we’re always happy to assist if an issue arises.

If your order hasn’t arrived:

1. Check with neighbours or your local Royal Mail depot.

2. Wait 24 hours in case of a redelivery attempt.
